The Making of A Medium
I've been able to see and feel what others couldn't since I was a little girl. But I grew up Roman Catholic, where gifts like mine were something to fear — so I shut them down and spent years trying to be "normal."
I chased the logical and the provable. I earned a degree in Exercise Science, became a personal trainer, lost 100 pounds, and overcame an addiction to alcohol. I got really good at transforming the outside. But standing at my fittest, still not feeling like enough, I learned the truth: you can't out-train what's living underneath. I'd changed the surface — the root was still there.
So the Universe started swinging cosmic 2x4s — losses and breakdowns I couldn't ignore — until I finally did the deep work. Subconscious mindset work, energy work, shamanic work. And the gifts I'd locked away as a little girl came flooding back, stronger than ever.
Today I'm a Psychic Medium, Shaman, Reiki Master, and mentor to the highly sensitive & spiritually gifted. I work with you on every level — mind, body, emotions, energy, and spirit — because I've lived what happens when you only work on one.
That's why I do this. I needed someone who understood — someone who could see all of me and say, "You're not broken, you're gifted." So that's who I became.

I believe that everyone has the innate ability to transform, to connect, and to live a life of deep purpose. I believe our loved ones never truly leave us - love doesn't end, it changes form. And I believe that you don't need to be "fixed," because you were never broken. My role is simply to hold the lantern while you find your way back to your own inner light.
