Shamanic Energy Therapy is a powerful and profound level of energy work. Drawing on ancient wisdom and her training as a shamanic practitioner, Heather works with your energy field to release what has been weighing you down so you can move forward on your path with clarity and strength.
Every session is guided by what your energy needs.
Your Session May Include Any of The Following:
Illumination Process: Clears imprints left in your energy field by trauma, the ones that keep drawing the same patterns, people, and struggles into your life. Those imprints are released and replaced with light.
Soul Retrieval: When a painful experience leaves you feeling like a piece of your is missing, Heather journeys on your behalf to locate and return that part of your spiritual energy, restoring wholeness and personal power.
Power Animal Retrieval: Heather may journey to discover whether Spirit has gifts or a power animal waiting for you, bringing back energy that supports and strengthens your soul's journey.
Extraction & Chakra Cleansing: Heavy energies that have settled into your field are gently removed, cords binding you to others are released, and your chakras are cleansed and rebalanced.
Ancestral & Past Life Clearing: Releases inherited family patterns and past life wounds that were never yours to carry, freeing you to live unencumbered by the past.

What to Expect:
Sessions are 60 minutes via Zoom
This is a mix of conversation and receiving, and Heather may ask for your input as the session unfolds
Wear comfortable clothing and set up a quiet space where you won't be interrupted
Give yourself gentle time afterward, as this work continues settling in the hours and days that follow
